Corporate Budget Literacy Training

Help your team make smarter financial decisions with practical budget management skills that work in the real world

Discuss Your Team's Needs

Why Your Team Needs Budget Skills

We've worked with over 200 companies in Vietnam since 2019, and the pattern is always the same. Great teams making poor spending decisions because nobody taught them the basics.

Your marketing manager approves a campaign without understanding CAC. Your project lead orders equipment without checking if it fits the quarterly budget. Small oversights that add up fast.

Our training focuses on practical skills – reading financial reports, setting realistic budgets, and catching problems before they become expensive mistakes.

Business team reviewing budget documents and financial planning materials

Department Budget Planning

Teams learn to create realistic quarterly budgets, track expenses against goals, and adjust plans when priorities shift. We cover common mistakes like underestimating training costs or forgetting about equipment maintenance.

Financial Report Reading

Your managers will understand what those monthly P&L statements actually mean. We break down cash flow, profit margins, and cost centers using examples from their own work environment.

Cost-Benefit Decision Making

Simple frameworks for evaluating purchases, projects, and investments. Should we hire contractors or expand the team? Lease or buy equipment? Your team will have the tools to analyze these choices properly.

Real Training That Works

No boring lectures about financial theory. We use your actual company data to build realistic scenarios.

Teams work through case studies based on their department's real challenges. Sales learns to calculate customer acquisition costs. Operations understands inventory carrying costs. HR grasps the true cost of hiring and retention.

Meet Your Trainer

I'm Theron Blackwell, and I've spent the last eight years helping Vietnamese companies fix their budget problems. Started as a consultant, then realized the real issue wasn't complex financial modeling – it was basic literacy.

Most finance training assumes people understand the fundamentals. They don't. So we built a program that starts with the basics and builds up to practical application.

I work with manufacturing, tech, and service companies across Vietnam. From 30-person startups to subsidiaries of multinational corporations. The budget challenges are surprisingly similar regardless of size.
